How to Initiate a Return
Please send us an email. That way, we have a heads up about your order. We can help walk you through a few mysteries. If you want to move forward with the return, please print a copy of our email correspondence and drop in the packing slip for reference. This helps us know what's in the box and how to handle the parts. Your help is much appreciated!

For all in-stock components, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. For custom or special orders, please contact us to discuss options.
Condition of Items
We accept returns of unused, uninstalled items only. Items that show evidence of wear will not be accepted.
If an item was damaged in shipping, we ask that you photograph the original box and packaging. That way we can share those with the shipping company and work to resolve this quickly.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For items that were shipped in retail packaging, return it in the original retail packaging. For items that were shipped in bubble wrap or other padding, we ask that you carefully package it for the return trip. Please check out our Shipping info for mailing address and packing tips. The safe return of the item is in your hands.
We love that you or your friends and family went bananas to celebrate a favorite cyclist! For items returned on a gift receipt, we are happy to offer store credit. If you're in cahoots with the gift giver, we can coordinate the return with them for a refund using the original payment method.
