I have been looking for the perfect full suspension mountain bike for many years. During this time, I have tried a variety of mainstream and boutique bikes that had various design details that left me contemplating the next move. Two years ago, I got an Oxide Cycles Battleaxe, which is a lot of fun to ride and is really close to my ideal bike, but it still has one main pitfall: a chain - two in fact!
